All payments are due on the day services are rendered.
If you have dental insurance, please provide our office with this information in advance of your scheduled appointment so that we can verify and obtain coverage information prior to your appointment date. Our office accepts most PPO dental plans. We do not accept any HMO plans. If you have dental insurance, you will still be responsible to pay your deductible and copayment at the time of service.
We accept personal checks, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), cash, and Care Credit. A $50 fee will be charged for any returned check or credit card payment.
Care Credit is a third party dental financing option available for our patients. Our patients pay zero interest for a fixed number of months(“promotional period”). There is no application fee and no interest will accrue as long as the required minimum monthly payments are made to Care Credit and the entire account balance is paid off in full before the end of the promotional period.
The application process takes only a few minutes and acceptance is given immediately. Please speak to our front office staff if you are interested in this financing option.
